The Miele gourmet casserole dish guarantees perfect cooking results, wether it’s used on a hob or in your oven. When used in an oven its on telescopic runners for 60 cm wide ovens and a on rack for 90 cm wide ovens. Its suitable for Generation H 5000 / 6000 series ovens (except H 5xxx BM). and can be used on glass ceramic and induction hobs (not to be used on gas hobs) as well as electric hobs.
The product consists of hand-made permanent aluminium mould and is covered in a Teflon (TM) Platinum surface.
