Moisture and dry heat: the ideal combination
Flexibility for best baking and roasting results: combine humidity and dry heat as you wish. To ensure the best results, you can adjust both the temperature (30 ðC to 225 ðC) and moisture content (0 % to 100 %) in combination mode. These settings can be changed up to 10 times in quick succession. This ensures the food is cooked just the way you like it.
More than just a control element
Design and user convenience combined: the control panel opens and closes gently at the touch of a finger without opening the appliance door. Hidden behind the lift-up control panel are the water container, condensate container and the wireless food probe. The panel tilts towards you when you press the sensor control to give you the best view of the display.
