Returns & Refunds
We hope you are pleased with your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes items don’t turn out to be quite what you were looking for.
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered, contact us either via by e-mail or telephone. You can return the item to us yourself, but we strongly recommend the parcel is insured for the full replacement price of the item(s) you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss. Alternatively, we can arrange the safe return of your goods with our appointed courier. Returns will only be accepted if they are complete, in their original packaging and the item has not been installed or used. The following charges apply:
- Small appliances
Vacuums, radios, speakers, audio, food prep, stand mixers, blenders etc – that have been delivered by DHL Courier Service or Royal Mail. We can arrange a collection by our courier at a cost of £15.00 which would be deducted from the value of your refund. - For large domestic appliances
Washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, refrigeration, etc that have been delivered by our own delivery fleet, our collection charge is £49.00 per item or £99.00 for any appliances 70cm or above in width. - We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the condition of the products and packaging prior to collection.
- If the packaging has been removed or tampered with we can no longer be held responsible for transporting the items safely and you must arrange the return of the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
- Upon receiving the returned item, a thorough inspection will be conducted to verify its pristine condition and confirm the presence of all accessories, manuals, and components. Once the inspection is deemed satisfactory, the refund will be initiated. The entire process, from receiving the returned item to completing the refund, may take up to 4 working days.
- On conclusion your order will be processed for reimbursement of monies paid less any applicable delivery or collection charges & or charges in respect of missing accessories, manuals & components.
- If you wish to return a ‘Special Order item’ you will incur a 20% restocking charge to cover the return of the product to the Manufacturer in addition to collection charges (as detailed above) to cover transport costs. ‘Special Order Items’ will be clearly stated on your order.
Exclusions
* For hygiene reasons in-ear headphones cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
