Television Installation


We offer an installation service in Norfolk and North Suffolk. You will be prompted to add your postcode when items are added to your basket, or check areas here.
All installations are carried out by our own fully trained engineers.

TELEVISION INSTALLATIONS

  • Discuss with you where the TV is to go and how you’d like it set up.
  • Disconnect your existing TV, unbox and check your new one.
  • Attach the TV to the table-top stand or legs supplied in the box.
  • Tune in the TV and provided you have the right cables, connect to any new or existing equipment such as a games console, set-top box or soundbar.
  • Demo the TV’s main features.

Before ordering this installation you should ensure that:

  • There is enough space for your new TV
  • You’ve got the right cables, including any HDMI or power leads.
  • There’s a power and Aerial socket nearby (within 1.5m).

Please note that this installation service does not cover Wi-Fi connection or smart app
setup. Please see ‘Smart TV’ Installation further down the page.
Subsequent service calls made by our team will be exclusively for fault-related issues;
any additional work will be subject to extra charges.

These mount installations includes set up of the TV as per Standard Installation.

Before ordering this installation you should ensure that:

  • There is enough space for your new TV
  • You’ve got the right cables, including any HDMI or power leads.
  • There’s a power and Aerial socket nearby (within 1.5m).
  • Mount suitable purchased wall bracket and install TV on bracket.

Please note that this installation service does not cover Wi-Fi connection or smart app
setup. Subsequent service calls made by our team will be exclusively for fault-related issues;
any additional work will be subject to extra charges.

  • You’ve got your login details to hand for your email address and your chosen two apps .
