Returns & Refunds

We hope you are pleased with your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes items don’t turn out to be quite what you were looking for.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered, contact us either via by e-mail or telephone. You can return the item to us yourself, but we strongly recommend the parcel is insured for the full replacement price of the item(s) you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss. Alternatively, we can arrange the safe return of your goods with our appointed courier. Returns will only be accepted if they are complete, in their original packaging and the item has not been installed or used. The following charges apply:

Exclusions

 * For hygiene reasons in-ear headphones cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damages

Products must be inspected within two days of delivery. Any claims for damaged items will not be accepted after this period.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at sales@geraldgiles.co.uk. Include details and images of the damage so our team can promptly assess the issue and arrange a replacement.

Do not connect or use any product that is incorrect or different from what you ordered. If you proceed with installation or use, it will be considered accepted, and we will be unable to offer a return or replacement.
